Applications:

Floor material thermal radiation board test  meets the requirements of ISO9239-1,2 and GB / T 11785-2005. In the test chamber, the floor covering material is burned in a certain thermal radiation environment to measure the  critical thermal radiation value. It can also be used to measure the critical radiation value of attic floor cellulose insulation material.
 

Product Information:

The critical radiation flux is the main parameter to investigate the fire hazard of the flooring material. It characterizes the combustion spread capacity of the flooring material burned under the condition of external heat radiation. It is an important indicator in the grading system of flooring materials used as building products.
 
Structure Features:
1, All structural parts are made of stainless steel, beautiful, corrosion-resistant, durable.
2, Radiation heat source is the porous ceramic heat radiation plate 300mmX450mm, tilt 30°.
3, The United States imported calorimeter 50KW / ㎡.
4, The igniter diameter is 0.7mm, 19 / EA, at the position of 60 degrees from the bottom of each center.
5, the standard plate is made of  uncoated calcium silicate board at the thickness of  20 ± 1mm, density of 850 ± 100kg / m³, size 1050X250mm.
6, Small stainless steel ignition nozzle assists sample ignition.

8, A blower to provide air source. The test gas is mixed through the Venturi mixed gas.
 
Test Results:

1.The critical heat flux (CHF)Kw/m2 of  flame spread length transformer can be observed by heat  streamline velocity.
2.If the test time is more than 30 minutes, you can record the fire extinguishing time and the fastest flame spread speed, then converted into critical heat flow.
3.Smoke density measurement part: the smoke density can be measured through the photometric system’s light transmittance .
 
Optical System:
1, The optical system contains a light source of the 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp. Light source is received by the silicon photodiode, equipped with a optical path test shutter, for the use of  0% and 100% calibration.
2, Imported photovoltaic module measures the degree of light attenuation. The system automatically calculates the light transmission and generates light transmission curve, which is free to print.

Thermal Radiation System:
 1, Thermal radiation pyrometer accuracy of ± 0.5℃, about 1.4m away from the radiation panel.
2, Radiation pyrometer sensitivity keeps constant in the wavelength range of 1um ~ 9um.
3, High-performance K-armored thermocouple diameter of 3.2mm, with insulation and non-grounded hot junction, located at the position of  25mm under the roof the chamber and 100mm behind the flue wall .
4, the heat flow of the heat radiation panel surface shall be adjusted by a radiation pyrometer with a detectable diameter range of 250mm and a black body temperature range within 480℃~530℃.
4. Measure the heat flux from the heating panel to 110mm~910mm within the deviation at 110mm interval.
5, in the error range, measured from the radiator to 110mm ~ 910mm within the heat flux, the interval is 110mm.
