Building materials non-combustibility tester is designed to test the combustibility of main components in homogeneous and nonhomogeneous building products under specific conditions. This instrument belongs to the grading testing equipment of building combustion performance. The tester in the furnace temperature (750 + 5 )℃, uses modular temperature controller to measure precise test results, and then decides the grade of the sample according to the grade A (homogeneous materials) specified in “GB/T 8624-2012 Classification of  combustion performance of building materials and products”.
 
Features:
1, Heating furnace shell, holder, air hood and test stand are made of stainless steel, beautiful shape, smooth lines, corrosion resistant, anti-aging, durable.
2, Electrical box shell uses spray method, namely the electrostatic powder coating method, making the chamber appearance of excellent quality, strong mechanical strength, anti-corrosion, no rust.
3, Electric spiral lifter. In the process of the test, one operator is enough, greatly saving manpower and time. The integrated design of holder and heating furnace increases the stability of the lift rod. The test piece is put into the furnace with an accurate position.
4, The heating furnace is equipped with refractory tube of electric heating coil, with insulation layer on the outer cover, so that the outer wall will not  appear high temperature phenomenon during the test process due to the temperature rise of the furnace, increasing equipment safety performance.
5, The test equipment is designed with a 80mm × 120mm gate in the bottom of the blocking  flow screen. The residual sample drops to the bottom of the device can be directly removed from the gate to facilitate the calculation of the quality loss of the specimen.
6, An observation mirror is set in the front top of the tester, convenient for quick observation of the progress of the sample inside the furnace.
7, There are many kinds of upper machine choices for test equipment. One is the computer control interface, and the other is the man-machine touch screen interface. The user can choose to use as needed.
