Since the displacement system of the tensile machine adopts a three-closed-loop control method, the loop in the displacement system should be disconnected first to make it an open-loop system. Then measure the feedback value of the displacement sensor. After repeating several times, the measured feedback data of the sensor is a straight line that changes linearly, and it is determined whether the sensor is normal.
 
2. Next check the amplifier unit. If there is no problem with the displacement sensor, you should focus on checking the amplifier unit of the tensile machine. The output signal of the normal amplifier unit should change linearly.
 
3. If the fault is not caused by the above reasons, you should check whether the computer software is set correctly; or re-calibrate and correct the displacement system.
