Product Information:
The Cabin Air Filter Filtration Performance Test Bench(Particulate Filtration Efficiency) is independently developed and designed by our company. It is used to evaluate the particulate fractional filtration efficiency, dust holding capacity, and airflow resistance under different flow rates of automotive filters (single-stage cabin air filters).
Standards
ISO 11155-1 — Road vehicles — Air filters for passenger compartments — Part 1: Test for particulate filtration
QC/T 795.1 — Road vehicles — Air filters for passenger compartments — Dust filtration test
QC/T 998-2023 — Automotive cabin air filters
Features
Duct Sealing: When the pressure difference between the inside of the duct and the external environment exceeds 500 Pa, the leakage rate shall not exceed 100 L/min. The duct is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a sandblasted surface finish. The test section is strictly designed according to standard requirements and adopts a vertical structure.
Sampling Port: The sampling port is oriented opposite to the airflow direction and performs approximately isokinetic sampling. The distance between the sampling port and the tested filter is 100 mm.
Aerosol Generator: The dust generator adopts the UTD001 Laskin nozzle aerosol generation method, enabling precise control of dust concentration in the airflow and ensuring data comparability.
Sampling Counter: The sampling counter is a UTD310 laser particle counter, based on the light scattering principle. It features multiple particle size channels, high counting efficiency, and high saturation concentration capability, effectively preventing large particle loss.
