Applications:

The Integrated Flame and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer is a fully automatic and intelligent analytical instrument developed by our company based on many years of research and development experience. It is designed for the determination of major, minor, trace, and ultra-trace levels of metallic and semi-metallic elements in a wide variety of samples.

Product Information:

The instrument adopts a PC-based control system with Chinese-language operating software, making operation simple, intuitive, and user-friendly. By utilizing advanced electronic circuitry and USB 3.0 communication control technology, the system enables automatic adjustment of key parameters, including wavelength scanning, peak searching and positioning, spectral bandwidth, rotating multi-element lamp turret, atomizer height and position, gas flow rate, lamp current, and photomultiplier tube negative high voltage. The instrument is equipped with a built-in database containing analytical operating reference conditions for all measurable elements and multiple analytical methods. Users can modify the operating parameters according to their specific testing requirements. In addition, analytical conditions, calibration curves, and test results can be stored, recalled, reused, and further processed whenever needed, greatly improving analytical efficiency and convenience.

Features

Integrated Design

The instrument adopts a series optical path design, with the flame and graphite furnace atomizers fixed in position. Switching between the two atomization modes is performed automatically through software control without the need for any hardware replacement. The transition can be completed within one second, effectively eliminating errors caused by mechanical switching and significantly improving the instrument's stability, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

C-T Monochromator

It adopts a grating spectroscopic system with 1800 lines/mm and a blaze wavelength of 230 nm.

Automatic 8-lamp turret system

One lamp operates while up to seven lamps can be preheated simultaneously, effectively reducing lamp replacement and warm-up time, and making elemental analysis faster and more convenient.

USB 3.0 Communication Interface

The instrument is among the first in the industry to adopt a USB 3.0 communication interface, significantly improving data transmission speed and ensuring full compatibility with the latest Windows 10 operating system.

Independent Intellectual Property Rights

The system is protected by relevant patents and software copyright certificates. It features a user-friendly operating interface that makes operation simple and intuitive. The software supports switchable Chinese and English Windows-style interfaces and runs perfectly on Windows 7. Windows 10. and other operating systems.

Background Correction System

The system features dual switching between the element lamp and deuterium lamp, enabling background subtraction with both deuterium lamp correction and self-absorption correction modes. When the background signal reaches 1A, the background correction capability is more than 60 times, ensuring high analytical accuracy.

Fully Automated Design

Except for the main power switch, all instrument functions are monitored and controlled by a computer

system. The software automatically determines the optimal test conditions for each element, ensuring efficient and accurate operation.

All-Reflective Apochromatic Optical System

The instrument adopts concave mirrors instead of convex lenses as the optical focusing components, effectively eliminating chromatic aberration caused by different elemental wavelengths and focal positions. This significantly improves optical efficiency and overall system performance.
