The electronic refrigeration system minimizes the influence of ambient temperature fluctuations, ensuring that the temperature difference between the inner and outer vessels remains within the specified range. The instrument is suitable for continuous long-term operation.
Fully Automatic Test Process
The oxygen bomb features automatic lifting and lowering, automatic oxygen charging pressure detection, automatic gas-tightness detection, automatic determination of the inner vessel water volume, automatic adjustment of the inner vessel water temperature, and automatic completion of the test. It supports both ignition wire and cotton thread ignition methods. The inner vessel adopts a circulating water system, while the newly designed stainless-steel oxygen bomb is easier to install and remove. Combined with the metal inner vessel, it enables rapid and direct volume determination. The optimized inner vessel stirring system provides faster heat transfer and effectively reduces testing time, with a single-sample testing time of less than 15 minutes. The instrument is equipped with a semiconductor temperature-controlled thermostatic water tank, which provides more precise water temperature control, lower overall power consumption, and lower noise compared with conventional compressor-based refrigeration water tanks.
