Applications:

Measure the thermal radiation property and heat conductivity property of textile, fire service inventory and other materials. This tester can be applied to measure the thermal radiation property of sample under high temperature and the heat-insulating property of fire-proofing materials. The protective clothing thermal radiation tester has important significance to materials selection, new products invention and processing improvement. To evaluate the thermal radiation of the protective clothing when them faced the flame in short time, we put the flame contains certain heat density (80 KW/m2 ±5%) under the fabrics and other weaving materials of protective clothing. By observing the heat passing speed via time on thermal meter which above the sample, temperature change per second, we can evaluate the heat resisting property of materials. The tester also can evaluate the admissible value of the human body burn when people touch the fire wearing the protective clothing.
