Product Information:

1. Transparent tube: Φ8 mm polyurethane tube, its length is approximately twice the effective lengthof the cuff, and its inner diameter is twice the nominal outer diameter of the test endotracheal tube,with a deviation within 5%.

2. Water bath: Temperature controlled at (40±1)°C.

3. Gas supply source: ≤ 0.7 MPa (gas source provided by user)

4. Pressure indicator: 0–10 kPa; 0–1.45 psi (standard configuration), with an accuracy of ±5%.

5. Steel ball: Diameter is 75% of the nominal inner diameter of the test endotracheal tube.

Product principle

After the cuff of the endotracheal tube is inflated in a transparent tube, a steel ball is passed through its lumen to measure the collapse caused by the pressure inside the cuff.
