The UV aging tester adopts fluorescent UV lamp as the light source to accelerate the weathering test of materials by simulating the UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the results of material weathering. 1. UV fluorescent lamp
 
Lamp installation: UV lamps are fragile products, so the product is packaged separately at the factory, and should be installed with special care to avoid unnecessary losses. Installation should be lifted after the equipment power off the test chamber cover and both sides of the lamp replacement port, the UV fluorescent lamp right seal inserted, and then push the lamp will be right on the other side of the seal inserted, * then adjust the two ends of the lamp sealing cap, installed on the lamp power supply connector. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the surface of the lamp used to prevent the influence of the irradiance of the lamp, such as pollution, the application of alcohol wipe the surface. 2. Temperature control system
 
Temperature control system consists of black standard thermometer, heater, fan, intelligent program regulator and other actuators, using BTHC temperature control mode, so that hot air is blown into the test box, so that the test temperature in the box to achieve stability.
 
3. Humidity supply system
 
Humidity supply system consists of water tank, humidification system, etc., through the moisture condensation mechanism, so that the exposed surface of the specimen condensation wet, simulated rain, high humidity, condensation and synergy with the sun (UV) darkness to create a * good test environment.
 
4. Equipment operation timer
 
The equipment control board is equipped with a JS20 type time relay, intelligent regulator to open when the test temperature reaches ± 3 ℃ range, (time timer is strictly prohibited to set to 0000, and should be set in the timer off state). 5. Specimen carrying device

6. Protection system
 
Equipment with water shortage, anti-dry burn, over temperature, short circuit, overload and other protection systems, respectively located in the electric control panel and electric control cabinet.
