G289 Button Impact Tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co.,Ltd.It can detect the impact resistance of plastic and rubber buttons.Used to test the load-bearing capacity of all types of buttons(with a diameter of 10mm or more)against strong pulling or impact during clothing manufacturing or daily use.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Insert the pin head into the slot at a certain height;
3.Install the impact head into the rod tube;
4.Place the button in the center position of the base metal platform;
5.Open the latch;
6.The impact head falls and hits the specimen;
7.Adjust the pin to an impact height of 117 millimeters;
8.Conduct another test;
9.Insert the pin head into the slot at a certain height;
10.Install the impact head into the rod tube;
11.Place the button in the center position of the base metal platform;
12.Open the latch;
13.The impact head falls and hits the specimen;
14.Evaluate the performance of the sample based on the impact height and the degree of button breakage;
15.Remove the impact head and pin,and the test is completed.
