ICI Pilling and Snagging Resistance Tester Operation

ICI Pilling and Snagging Resistance Tester is used for the rolling friction pilling test of sparse needle combed fabrics and other fabrics that are prone to pilling,to evaluate their pilling level and snagging resistance under no pressure conditions.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Fix the test sample in a PU fixed sample tube;
3.Place the solid sample tube containing the sample into the testing box;
4.Turn on the power switch of the instrument and enter the operation interface;
5.Set parameters such as operating speed and number of turns;
6.Press the[Start]button,and the test box will rotate in a certain speed cycle;
7.Automatically stop when the set number of turns is reached;
8.Open the test box cover and take out the sample;
9.After the test is completed,turn off the instrument;
10.At the end of the experiment,take the sample for analysis and comparison to evaluate the material's surface resistance to pilling,pilling,and snagging.
