  The leakage negative pressure tester for infusion sets is a device designed according to the relevant provisions of the national standard(GB8368-2005)to test the sealing performance of infusion sets.

  Technical parameters:

  1.Usage environment:

  Working temperature:5-40℃

  Relative humidity:(45-80)%

  Power supply voltage:220V±22V

  Grid frequency:50Hz±1HZ

  2.Experimental parameters:

  Negative pressure detection:The error between-10 and-30KPa is not greater than±0.5KPa,and the LED digital display shows negative pressure.

  Negative pressure output-10~-30KPa±0.5KPa,LED digital display negative pressure.

  Measurement system negative pressure retention:must not drift±0.5KPa within 1 minute.

  Test duration:60s,with an error not exceeding±0.5KPa.

  Operation:

  1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

  2.Place the test sample into the fixture;

  3.Tighten the fixed sample;

  4.Seal the connection between the syringe and the test head;

  5.Adjust air pressure parameters;

  6.Set the timer time;

  7.The pressure measurement of the air pump begins;

  8.Obtain the sealing performance parameters of the syringe;

  9.The test is over.
