T102 Chrysler low-temperature bending tester operation

T102 Chrysler low-temperature bending tester is used to test the resistance to bending of plastic,plastic,shoes,and leather products.It is clamped on the test piece of the bending tester,and after continuous bending fatigue,the degree of cracking is observed to understand or compare its durability.It is suitable for rubber,leather,synthetic leather,and shoe sole materials.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Install the sample into the instrument fixture;
3.Turn on the instrument switch and set the number of worktable movements;
4.Press the start button;
5.The fixture drives the sample to perform reciprocating motion in a cycle;
6.Automatically stop running when the set number of turns is reached;
7.Loosen the fixture and remove the sample;
8.After the experiment is completed,turn off the instrument and take the sample for analysis and comparison to evaluate the low-temperature crack resistance of the bent material(when the instrument is working,the test bench is placed in a low-temperature environment).
