UL94 vertical combustion testing machine main parameters

The UL94 vertical combustion testing machine is used to measure the combustion performance of plastics, rubber, or films under specified fire sources to determine their fire resistance level. The product is mainly suitable for research, production, and quality inspection units of lighting equipment, engineering plastics, rubber products, electrical connectors, low-voltage appliances, household appliances, motors, tools, instruments, and component components. It is also suitable for insulation materials, engineering plastics, fire sealing materials, or other solid combustible materials.

Main parameters:
1. Power supply: AC220V ± 10%/50Hz. (Other power supply specifications can be customized)
2. The gas source for the test flame should be coal gas or liquefied petroleum gas (if conditions permit, it is recommended to choose gas with better gas quality).
3. The burner is a pre mixed type with an inner diameter of ¥ 12 ± 0.5mm (or ¥ 9.5mm, whichever is chosen) and a length of approximately 100mm.
4. The flame height is easy to adjust, and can be adjusted from 20mm to 175mm according to standard requirements.
5. The flame application time and flame holding time can be adjusted within the range of 0-99 minutes and 99 seconds. Automatic control of the experimental process.
