Northern Lihui helps you analyze the differences between high-temperature test boxes and blast drying boxes. The meaning of manufacturing high-temperature test boxes and blast drying boxes is similar, but fundamentally different. On the surface, there is not much difference between the two. The actual difficulty lies in the fact that when the air is heated to a high temperature above 250 ℃, the movement of the gas becomes very difficult to control. Even under forced blowing conditions, the flow of the gas is still turbulent, so the design requirements for the air duct are very high. The air ducts should vary for different studio sizes. In order to obtain reasonable data, it is often necessary to go through repeated experiments. In order to achieve higher uniformity indicators, the cost of manufacturing a test box is much higher than that of a drying box
The purpose of the high-temperature test box is different from that of the blast drying box. The drying oven is mainly used for drying and drying items. In addition to the function of a drying oven, the high-temperature test chamber is mainly used for high-temperature performance testing of electrical, electronic, and other non flammable and explosive materials
The main technical indicators of the high-temperature test box and the blast drying box are different. The temperature uniformity of the drying oven is not greater than that of the± 2.5%, the temperature uniformity of the test chamber shall not exceed 2 ℃ (when the test temperature is 200 ℃). Although it is only a difference of positive and negative signs, the numerical value differs by twice. As for 450 ℃, the temperature difference between any two points in the drying box can be 22.5 ℃, while the test box cannot exceed 9 ℃
The control system of the high-temperature test box is different from that of the blast drying box. The drying box has lower indicators and can be controlled using ordinary instruments. The test chamber must use instruments with high-precision PID calculation function, and sometimes for the purpose of testing, the instruments must also be able to run programs. When in use, the PID value of the high-temperature section can be obtained through self-tuning, and sometimes the operator needs to make certain modifications to the self-tuning value
