The car seat bump creep test bench is used for vibration durability tests of car seat cushions and backrests under certain loads and frequencies. After reaching the set number of tests, the fatigue strength and wear resistance of the car seat frame, mask, and sponge are evaluated.

During the test, the test frequency, test amplitude, and test cycle number can be set, and the machine will automatically stop when the test number is reached. The test verifies the fatigue life of the seat frame, foam, and fabric. At a frequency of 100 times per minute, the seat cushion is subjected to 100,000 vibration tests, and the backrest is subjected to 50,000 vibration tests. After the test, the samples should have no abnormalities, no cracks in the seat frame, no deformation of the foam, and no damage to the fabric and cushion, and the maximum variation of the H point should be within the rated range.
