Carbon Arc Aging Chamber, also known as xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber, is a light aging test chamber that uses xenon lamp as light source and simulates climate conditions such as rainfall, temperature and humidity, and dew condensation. It is widely used in automobiles, coatings, electronics, aerospace, scientific research and other fields. Below, Shanghai Qianshi will bring you a description of the desktop, air-cooled, and water-cooled Carbon Arc Aging Chamber.

1. Structural analysis of water-cooled Carbon Arc Aging Chamber:

Water cooling refers to the use of water-cooled xenon lamps as the light source, and the box structure is standard vertical. Due to the water cooling cycle of the lamps, a circulating water tower device is installed on the top of the box. The inside of the test box is placed vertically with a water-cooled lamp tube. The lamp tube is surrounded by clips. The clamp and the bottom turntable are integrated to form a sample rack for the test. The whole is a cylindrical structure. Before the test, clamp the sample material on the sample holder and let the light radiated from the lamp irradiate the surface of the sample. At the beginning of the test, the turntable begins to rotate and the radiation source is aged.

2. Structural analysis of air-cooled Carbon Arc Aging Chamber:

Due to the large difference in power between the air-cooled xenon lamp and the water-cooled xenon lamp, the water-cooled test chamber uses three air-cooled lamps to replace the water-cooled lamps, and the water tower device can be omitted and the equipment structure can be simplified. The three lamps are placed horizontally on the top of the inner tank and irradiated vertically on the surface of the sample below. There is no special restriction on the state of the sample material, and it is satisfied with the test of various materials.

3. Structural Analysis of Desktop Carbon Arc Aging Chamber:

Desktop, also known as desktop, portable, and simple, is a device that can be placed on a table for aging tests. It can be said to be an air-cooled mini version. The desktop adopts an air-cooled lamp tube or a water-cooled lamp tube on the top of the inner tank to irradiate the bottom and photo-aging. Because of its simple structure and convenient use, it is widely used in many scientific research units and colleges and universities.
