1. The data acquisition system can automatically record the output of gas analyzers, orifice flow, thermocouples and other instruments;

 

2. Integrated test body and 19-inch analysis cabinet, embedded PC-type 15-inch industrial touch screen computer, used for the entire control and testing process;

3. In order to calibrate the response of the entire test system, a methane calibration burner is used to calibrate the C-factor value;

 

4. The ignition system is a high-voltage spark generator of not less than 10KV, and the rotary cylinder is used for automatic positioning;

 

5. Smoke density analysis uses a laser system to measure smoke density, the system consists of photodiode, helium-neon laser, main detector and auxiliary detector;

 

6. The exhaust system is composed of fans, fume hoods, exhaust pipes and orifice flow meters, etc. The exhaust fan flow is adjustable from 0 to 50g/s, and the accuracy is 0.1g/s;

 

7. The annular sampler is installed in the intake duct at a distance of 685 mm from the fume hood, and there should be 12 small holes on the sampler to homogenize the airflow components;

 

8. Integrated gas pretreatment system, including sampling pump, filter, condenser, peristaltic pump, moisture filter;

 

9. Humidity alarm unit, when the moisture in the sample gas is too high, it can automatically alarm, and can communicate through the test software;

 

10. Equipped with a portable water cooling system, when using the heat flow meter, the user does not need to connect an external tap water source and equip a water pipe;
