How does the Abrasion Resistance Tester work?

The single-disc grinding machine has only one lower grinding disc, which is used to grind the lower plane of the workpiece, so that the workpieces with different shapes and sizes can be processed on the same disc, and the grinding precision is high. Some grinders also have a mechanism that automatically corrects the grinding disc during grinding.

 

The rotary shaft grinder is driven by the positive and reverse rotating spindle to drive the workpiece or the grinding tool to rotate. The structure is relatively simple, and it is used to grind the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces.

 

Special grinders include center hole grinders, steel ball grinders and gear grinders, depending on the workpiece to be ground. In addition, there is a centerless grinder that uses a similar centerless grinding principle for grinding cylindrical workpieces.
