What are the aging methods of Aging test chamber?

Aging Chamber maintains 25% to 95 % RH. The Test Chamber is digitally controlled delivering accurate results under controlled environmental conditions. This chamber is also known as Accelerated Ageing Test Chamber. Aging test chamber has the advantages of flexible use, easy operation, stable performance, and high reliability.

 

Aging test chamber aging methods are mainly the following five categories.

 

1, external aging

 

The test chamber adopts fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, through simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in the natural sunlight, to accelerate the weathering test of the material, in order to obtain the results of material weathering.

2、Xenon lamp aging

 

The xenon arc lamp, which can simulate the full sunlight spectrum, is used to reproduce the destructive light waves existing in different environments, which can provide corresponding environmental simulation and acceleration tests for scientific research, product development and quality control.

 

3、Ozone aging

 

Can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheathing and other products, under static tensile deformation, exposed to air containing constant ozone concentration and constant temperature test chamber without light, according to the predetermined time to test the specimen, from the specimen surface cracking or other performance changes to assess the ozone aging performance of rubber.

 

4、High temperature aging

 

It is the necessary test equipment for aviation, automobile, home appliance, scientific research, etc. It is used to test and determine the parameters and performance of electric, electronic and other products and materials after the change of temperature environment for high temperature or constant test.

5、Salt spray corrosion aging

 

Through the assessment of the material and its protective layer of salt spray corrosion ability, as well as similar protective layer of the process quality comparison, but also to assess the ability of certain products to resist salt spray corrosion.
