Respiratory Resistance Tester test method and instrument characteristics introdu

Respiratory Resistance Tester is used to determine the inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance of respirator and mask-type protective equipment under specified conditions. It is applicable to labor protective equipment inspection agencies, mask manufacturers for general masks, dust masks, medical masks, anti-haze mask products for related testing and inspection, and can be used for manufacturers, scientific research units and third-party testing organizations for KP and KN class anti-particle respirators and related products.

Instrument test method.
Above the instrument is a head mold. The tester puts the mask on the face of the model, fastens the nose clip and fits the face and chin. Then start the instrument to simulate human breathing. After testing, a string of data appeared on the instrument. The inspector compares it with the standard data so as to conclude whether the breathing resistance of the mask is qualified or not, and then issues a test report.
