The UV Aging Chamber is used for testing non-metallic and organic materials (e.g. paints, lacquers, rubber, plastics and their products) under changes in sunlight, humidity, temperature, condensation and other climatic conditions to check the degree of ageing of products and materials and to obtain colour changes and fading within a short period of time.
 
Case material: 1.
1、Shell material: A3 steel plate with plastic spraying treatment;
2, the inner material: imported SUS stainless steel plate;
3、Case cover material: A3 steel plate spraying treatment;
4, in the studio on both sides of a total of 8 UV series UV lamps installed;
5、Heating method for the inner tank heating, heating up fast, temperature distribution uniform;
6、The lid is two-way flip type, easy to open and close;
7、The water level in the liner is automatic***;
8、The sample holder is made of liner and extension spring, both made of aluminum alloy;
9、The bottom of the test chamber adopts *** fixed PU movable wheels;

Heating system.

3、With power failure memory function, when power is restored, the remaining test process can be continued
4、Temperature control adopts P.I.D + S.S.R, the system is coordinated with the channel control, which can improve the stability and life of the control components and interface.

6、With P.I.D automatic calculation function, can reduce the inconvenience caused by human setting
7、Lighting, condensation and spraying can be controlled independently or in alternate cycles
8、The independent control time of light and condensation and the alternate cycle control time can be set within one thousand hours.
 
Light source:
1、The light source adopts 8 UV series UV fluorescent tubes with rated power of 40W as the light source, distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side;
2. UVB-313, UV-A340 and UV-C365 light sources are available for users to choose the configuration; (choose one)
3, UV-B313 lamp luminous spectrum energy is mainly concentrated in 313m wavelength near;
4, UV-A340 lamp luminous spectrum energy is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of 340nm wavelength;
5, UV-C365 lamp luminous spectrum energy is mainly concentrated in the 365nm wavelength near;
6, because the fluorescent lamp light energy output will gradually decay over time, in order to reduce the impact of the test due to light energy decay, so the test chamber in all 8 lamps every 1/4 of the fluorescent lamp life, by a new lamp to replace an old lamp, so that the UV light source is always composed of new and old lamps, so as to get a constant output of light energy;
 
Conditions of use of the equipment:
1、Ambient temperature: 5℃~+28℃ (average temperature within 24 hours≤28℃);
2、Ambient humidity: ≤85%;
3、The machine should not be placed 80cm before or after;
4、Power requirements: AC380 (±10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system.
 
The UV Aging Chamber uses fluorescent UV lamps as the light source to accelerate the weathering test by simulating the UV radiation and condensation in the natural sunlight, which can quickly and accurately obtain the results of material weathering.
