1. Experimental materials
 
Addition-type liquid silica gel is provided by Dongguan Hongfeng Silicone Co., Ltd. It is composed of two components, A and B, and the silicone liquid can be obtained by mixing the two components.
 
Walter Sweating Sweating Thermal Manikin Skin is made of fabric provided by Tianjin Demino Clothing Company with an area density of 190 g/m2.
 
2. Experimental equipment

3. Preparation of silica gel coating
 
Mix the A and B components of the liquid addition type silica gel in different proportions, stir for 10 minutes, put them in a vacuum drying oven for vacuum degassing treatment, and use a scraper roller to apply the liquid silica gel to the skin fabric after the degassing is completed On the inner side, let it stand at room temperature for 2 h, and the coating is prepared after the silica gel is cured. 4. Experimental method
 
The coating process is determined by the moisture permeability test of the silica gel coated cloth prepared with different thicknesses and different proportions of silica gel components. The coated cloth with fractal structure was prepared by this coating process, and the optimal coating method was determined by comparing the thermal and wet comfort of coated cloth with different fractal dimensions.
