What are the product features of the Wire and Cable Fire Resistance Tester?

 

1. Steel structure box, frame structure, stable, beautiful and generous

2. Combustion device and control box, gas distribution cabinet, power distribution cabinet are designed separately, which is convenient for the laboratory to arrange and ensure the safety of the equipment.

3. The heat source is a ribbon propane burner blowtorch, and its nominal nozzle length is 500mm

4. Three rows of combustion holes are arranged staggeredly. The average width of the front end of the burner is 15mm, the hole diameter is 1.32mm, and the hole center distance is 3.2mm. A row of guide holes are set on both sides of the nozzle to keep the flame burning

5. The position of the burner torch is not less than 200mm from the bottom of the combustion box. The height of the burner can be adjusted up and down to meet the test requirements of samples with different wire diameters, and the distance from the box wall is not less than 300mm.

6. The horizontal axis of the burner is 70±10mm from the lower end of the cable sample, and the longitudinal axis of the burner is about 45mm from the vertical axis of the cable.

7. According to customer needs, it can be equipped with MFC or high-precision rotor flowmeter to provide gas and auxiliary combustion air to the blowtorch
