The dry-state microbial penetration tester is used to measure the performance of materials in resisting the penetration of bacteria in liquids when subjected to mechanical friction. It can also be used to determine the resistance of materials to bacterial penetration on dry particulates in the size range of human dander. The test is carried out on the test pieces respectively fixed on a container. Among these containers, several containers with Bacillus subtilis powder and one container with non-infected powder served as a control. Insert a Petri dish at the bottom of each container at a short distance below the specimen.
 
The test principle of the dry state microbial penetrator:
 
Use two tapered steel rings to clamp the three layers of material together, the test material is at the bottom, the bacteria sheet is in the middle, and the high-density polyethylene film is on the top; this ring set is placed on the agar dish on the turntable, and the test finger is applied to a certain amount. Pressure, so that the sample is in contact with the agar; the test refers to subjecting the material to a combination of pressure and friction in a manner that can move across the surface of the petri dish, which simulates the stress and wet state that may occur in the actual application process Microbial penetration under conditions.
 
Maintenance measures for the dry-state microbial penetrator:
 
1. Keep the instrument dry
 
In order to ensure the normal use of the instrument and prolong its service life, please keep the instrument dry. And use it in a relatively dry environment, avoid splashing water droplets or condensation, so as not to damage non-water-resistant components. If the instrument will not be used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and cut off the gas source.
 
2. Microbiological safety
 
In order to prevent contamination of the test personnel and the test environment, the test personnel need to have the operation basis of microbial culture. Strictly follow the laboratory operating regulations.
 
3. Component damage
 
The internal start-up oscillator of the instrument is a fragile part, and the accuracy of the oscillation frequency will decrease when the service life is reached. It is recommended to replace with new parts at this time. At the same time, if the marble slab is damaged, please replace it with the same specification accessories in time.
