T113 five-finger scratch tester is a commonly used material surface wear test equipment, and its operation steps are as follows:
 
1. Preparation: Fix the test sample on the test bench, and select different test heads and test parameters as required. At the same time, place the test head under the test bench to ensure that the test head does not touch the sample.
 
2. Start the device: Insert the power plug into the power socket, press the power switch, and the device enters the standby state. After the device is stable, press the test start button and the device will start testing.

4. Stop the device: After the test is over, press the stop test button, and the device will stop running. Put the test head back under the test table, remove the test sample, and clean the test table and test head.
 
5. Data processing: Convert test data into required units and formats for data processing and analysis. According to the test results, the wear performance and wear resistance of the samples were evaluated.
