The salt spray tester for automotive connectors is suitable for testing the corrosion resistance of various material surface treatments, including metal electroplating, coatings, organic and inorganic films, anodizing, rust - preventive oils, and chemical conversion treatments, so as to achieve long - term corrosion resistance of finished products.

 

Applicable Standards:

It can be used to conduct neutral salt spray tests in accordance with GB/T2423.17 *Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products: Salt Spray Test Method*. It can also be used for acetic acid salt spray tests and complies with CNS 3627, 3885, 4159, 7669, 8886, JISD - 0201, H - 8610, K - 5400, Z - 2371, ISO 3768, 3769, 3770, ASTM B - 117, B - 268, GJB 150.

 

Technical Parameters:

1. The test chamber is made of P.V.C (polyvinyl chloride) plates, which can withstand temperatures up to 80°C. 2. The sealing cover of the test chamber is made of transparent acrylic impact - resistant plates. 3. The operating temperature can be set for horizontal constant - temperature control.
