Main Features

Microcomputer Control with Touchscreen Interface: The instrument is controlled via a microcomputer and features a touchscreen for input and data display. Guided by the interface, users can set time, temperature, and select standards. The system can control drainage and reset time, adjust date and time, modify screen brightness, view temperature-time curves, and perform jog, start, and stop operations. Operation is simple and intuitive.

Dry-Burning Protection: Equipped with a contactless sensor switch, the heating function will not activate in

the absence of water, effectively preventing damage to the instrument.

Motor Thermal Protection: During prolonged operation at the set temperature, the motor enters a protection state and stops working until the temperature drops, preventing unnecessary faults and losses.

Time-Elapsed Alarm Function: When the preset time is reached, a visual alert is displayed and a buzzer

sounds to notify the user.

Direct-Drive Shaft Design: The machine uses a through-shaft design with waterproof stainless steel bearings at both fixed ends, preventing water leakage. A dual-belt transmission system ensures smooth jog operation when loading or unloading test beakers and keeps operational noise low during testing.

Sample Cup Holder Options: The holder can accommodate either 550 mL or 1200 mL cups, with an all-stainless-steel construction for durability.

Durable Stainless Steel Construction: The instrument’s exterior, working chamber, and control box are all made from 304 stainless steel, providing a stylish appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.

Adjustable Universal Feet: Four adjustable, swivel feet ensure stability and firmness.

All-Stainless-Steel Hinges: The pre-set lid opening angle is reasonable, preventing accidental lid closure.

Integrated Drainage Pump: The drainage pipe can be left permanently in the outlet, and drainage is completed simply by pressing the “Drain” button on the touchscreen, simplifying operation and eliminating the hassle of temporary drainage setups.
