The “Full automatic viscosity tester G-0473” (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) produced by our company is designed in accordance with the National Standards of the People’s Republic of China:Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products and Calculation of Dynamic Viscosity – GB/T 265.Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Dark Petroleum Products (Reverse Flow Method) and Calculation of Dynamic Viscosity – GB/T 11137. and Viscosity Index Calculation of Petroleum Products – GB/T 1995.The instrument integrates microprocessor control technology with a color LCD display design. It is used to measure the kinematic viscosity (mm²/s) and dynamic viscosity (mPa·s) of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian fluids).

Features

Simultaneous Testing of Multiple Samples – The instrument can test up to four samples simultaneously, and additional samples can be added at any time during testing. All parameters, including temperature and timing, are displayed on a full-color touch LCD screen.

High-Precision Temperature Control – Equipped with a new temperature sensor and advanced temperature control algorithm, the display resolution reaches 0.001℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.008℃.

Viscosity Index Calculation and Calibration – The instrument includes a viscosity index calculator and viscometer calibration program compliant with [JJG155].

Automatic Calculation and Data Storage – Based on the sample flow time, the instrument automatically calculates kinematic and dynamic viscosity and can store up to 99 test records.

User-Friendly Interface – The color touch LCD screen features a dual-language menu (Chinese/English) with a true-color GUI interface. The display is intuitive, and operation is simple enough that, under certain conditions, it can be mastered without referring to the manual, overcoming the lifespan limitations of traditional mechanical button panels.

Low-Level Liquid Detection Module – Prevents damage to the instrument caused by insufficient liquid.
