Product Information:

This instrument meets multiple testing standards and can be customized according to customer requirements for the test platform's travel range, movement speed, and reciprocating motion cycle.

Testing Principle

Five-Finger / Plastic Finger Scraping Test: The specimen on the test platform comes into contact with five scraping fingers or a single plastic scraping finger, with a weight applied on top. During the test, the platform moves while the scraping fingers leave scratches on the specimen surface. The scratch depth is used to evaluate the specimen’s scratch resistance. Specimens can include plastic sheets, painted boards, varnished panels, and other similar materials.
