Product Information:
The Velcro Fatigue Tester is used to evaluate the bonding performance of hook and loop fasteners (Velcro straps) after repeated peeling and fastening cycles. This instrument applies a weighted roller to the hook and loop material and performs repeated testing cycles. After the fatigue test, a force gauge is used to measure the average adhesion strength. It is suitable for hook and loop fasteners of various sizes and materials. The instrument features a fully automatic test mode with automatic counting, automatic stop upon test completion, and a buzzer alarm function. Samples are fixed using a simple winding-and-tension method, which allows quick replacement of test specimens and improves testing efficiency. The well-designed, user-friendly structure makes the instrument both aesthetically pleasing and practical. In addition, the compact size facilitates easy movement and flexible operation in various testing environments. The loop side and hook side of the hook and loop fastener are separately fixed onto different roller surfaces. During the test, the rollers rotate, causing continuous repeated bonding and peeling of the hook and loop material. After a specified number of cycles, the sample is removed for subsequent performance evaluation.
