Product Information:

Test Standards

QB/T 3831-1999《Hydrogen Sulfide Test Method for Metal Coatings of Light Industrial Products》

GB/T 2423.20-2014《Hydrogen Sulfide Corrosion Test Method》

Test Environment Conditions

Ambient temperature: +5 to +28°C, relative humidity ≤ 85%, under the condition that there are no samples inside the test chamber.

Product Features

The test system features an advanced and rational structural design, standardized manufacturing processes, and an aesthetically pleasing, elegant appearance.

The main functional components of the test chamber are sourced from world-renowned brands, featuring advanced and reliable technical principles. Noise and energy consumption are optimally controlled, and its performance can replace comparable imported products.

The components are well-matched and assembled with high compatibility. Key functional parts are original imported components with internationally advanced standards, enhancing the safety and reliability of the product and ensuring long-term, high-frequency operation.

The equipment offers excellent operability and maintainability, along with stable and durable temperature performance, strong safety features, and no environmental pollution or harm to human health.

Structural Features

Insulation Structure

Outer Material:High-quality A3 steel plate with powder coating

Inner Material :High-quality 316L stainless steel

Insulation Material:Rigid polyurethane foam + fiberglass

Air Circulation System

Circulation Method:Multi-blade centrifugal fan with reinforced shaft and stainless steel blades

Airflow Design:FLOW THROW system: horizontal diffusion and vertical heat exchange circulation

Air Outlet:Adjustable side air outlet and protected return air inlet

Door

The chamber is equipped with a single hinged door featuring a left-side hinge and right-side handle. A viewing window and internal lighting system are integrated into the door structure, allowing operators to conveniently observe the testing process during operation.

Control Panel

The control panel includes a touchscreen controller display, power switch, emergency stop button, indicator lights, and an audible and visual alarm system, ensuring convenient operation and enhanced safety during testing.

Heater

The equipment adopts a titanium alloy heater, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The heating system is controlled by an SSR (Solid-State Relay) non-contact pulse width modulation method, ensuring stable and precise temperature control. The heater power is rated at 2.5 kW.

Humidification System

This equipment utilizes a boiler-type humidification system, which provides stable performance and excellent long-term reliability. Compared with ultrasonic humidifiers, this design eliminates the need for frequent humidifier replacement. The humidification power is 1.5 kW, and once the preset humidity value is reached, the operating power consumption remains below 150 W, making the system energy-efficient, safe, and dependable.

Concentration Control System

The chamber is equipped with a corrosion-resistant automatic gas intake regulation system, enabling accurate and stable concentration control during testing.

Post-Test Ventilation

After the test is completed, the hydrogen sulfide concentration inside the chamber may remain relatively high. To ensure operator safety, the equipment automatically activates a ventilation system at the end of the test cycle. The ventilation system will automatically stop after the preset ventilation duration has elapsed.

A connecting duct is installed at the top of the equipment and equipped with a 3-meter flexible hose, allowing the exhaust gas to be directly discharged outdoors.

Gas Leakage Alarm (Optional)

Since hydrogen sulfide is toxic and may cause poisoning, the equipment can be optionally equipped with a gas leakage alarm system. When the indoor hydrogen sulfide concentration exceeds the preset safety value, both audible and visual alarms are triggered to warn operators of potential gas leakage and remind them to immediately open doors and windows for ventilation.

Filtration System

The equipment is equipped with a built-in filtration system designed to filter residual hydrogen sulfide gas remaining inside the chamber after testing. This ensures that the discharged exhaust gas is non-toxic and environmentally safe.

Controller

The system uses a 7-inch touchscreen controller featuring simple operation and highly precise control performance. It provides real-time display of inlet airflow and gas concentration and supports programmable operation with up to 99 program groups, each capable of setting up to 120 steps.

The controller includes a built-in data export function, allowing real-time export of testing data through the integrated USB interface. In addition, the system is equipped with an RS232 communication interface, enabling connection to a computer through dedicated software provided by the manufacturer.

Cable & Drain Ports

The cable port and drain outlet are located on the rear side of the chamber for convenient wiring and drainage operations.

Configurations

Power Cable:AC 380V power supply: one five-core cable (three-phase four-wire + protective earth wire), approximately 4 meters in length.

Main Switch:Circuit breake

Accessories

One hydrogen sulfide corrosion test chamber, one 8 L cylinder of pure hydrogen sulfide, one pressure-reducing valve, and several connecting gas hoses.
