Product Information:
The Heat Flux Meter is designed for calibration and measurement of heat flux density using a water-cooled pipe method with controlled temperature difference and flow rate. It features real-time temperature monitoring, automatic calibration procedures, and adjustable measurement positions for different test angles. An optional thermopile heat flux meter enables radiation level setting on specimen surfaces. The system provides stable operation, accurate data acquisition, and is suitable for laboratory and material fire testing applications.
Type 1: Water-Cooled Pipe Heat Flux Meter
The temperature difference of inlet and outlet water during calibration meets: 5°C ± 0.2°C;
Equipped with two imported K-type thermocouples, 304 stainless steel sheathed, diameter 1.5 mm, for real-time measurement of inlet and outlet water temperatures;
Sliding thermocouple adjustment structure for easy and precise positioning during calibration;
Equipped with a dedicated calibration test frame, supporting 0°, 45°, and 90° calibration positions; the burner can be moved from calibration position to specimen testing position without relocating the frame, ensuring convenience and stability;
Stainless steel detachable copper pipe heat flux mounting device, allowing flexible switching under different test angles;
Large-capacity stainless steel water tank with automatic liquid level alarm for safe monitoring during operation;
High-precision imported liquid flowmeter for stable flow control and accurate readings;
Copper pipes and ceramic tubes are precisely manufactured and assembled in strict accordance with standards, ensuring high dimensional accuracy;
High-temperature resistant silicone hoses, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and tidy;
16-bit high-performance temperature data acquisition module;
Water flowmeter capable of accurately controlling flow up to 3.8 L/min;
Fully automatic calibration procedure: ignition → preheating → calibration;
Data acquisition interval can be freely set, with up to one record per second;
System automatically calculates real-time heat flux density;
Equipped with a standard temperature calibration test frame, movable along rails to temperature calibration position, heat flux calibration position, and specimen testing position.
Type 2: Thermopile Heat Flux Meter (Optional)
Imported Metherm thermopile heat flux meter (USA), used to set the radiation level on the sample surface. Equipped with a water cooling system to ensure safe operation. Measurement range: 0–120 kW/m²; accuracy: ±3%; repeatability: ±0.5%.
