Portable Universal Material Tensile Machine is a new material testing machine that combine the electronic technology with mechanical transmission, it can do tests like stretch, compression, bending,cutting,tearing and peering.It adopts PC and interface board to collect,save,dispose date,at the same time it will print test results. This machine can calculate the max force, the yield force,the average peeling force, the max deformation, the yield point, elastic modulus and so on. It also can dispose curve, support one more sensors.Graphical visualization interface, flexible data processing, MS-ACCESS data base support,all these make the system function much stronger.This series machines mainly used to test metal and non-metal materials which the load is less than 50KN.

Main functions
Suitable for all kinds of materials, semi-finished products, finished products, such as stretching, stripping (90° and 180°), tearing, piercing, compression, bending, shearing, two-point extension (need to be equipped with another extensometer), elastic modulus (need to be equipped with another modulus sensor) and other physical and mechanical properties of the test.
Product features
Imported force sensor and photoelectric encoder are used for force value and displacement measurement.
The controller adopts embedded single chip microcomputer structure and built-in powerful measurement and control software, which integrates measurement, control, calculation and storage functions.
With automatic calculation of stress, elongation (need to add extension meter), tensile strength, elastic modulus function, automatic statistics results; Automatically record the maximum point, the breaking point, the force value or the elongation of the specified point; The dynamic display of the test process and the test curve is carried out by computer, and the data is processed.
After the test, the curve can be amplified by the graph processing module for data analysis and editing, and the report can be printed. The product performance has reached the international advanced level.
