Testing Requirements

Testing Process

Step 1: Set the instrument parameters, configure the automatic test process, and select the gas type.

Step 2: Hang the appliance in position, connect water, electricity, gas, and the secondary pressure testing interface, then start the testing program.

Step 3: Ignite the equipment; the software automatically performs detection and data calculation.

Structure and Composition of Testing Equipment

1. Water Test System

Used for testing water pressure, water flow rate, and displaying measurement data:

This system is composed of a water filter, water pressure regulating valve, precision digital flowmeter transmitter, check valve, shock-resistant pressure gauge, solenoid valve, union joint, ferrule connection fittings, tee, straight connector, flexible and rigid pipes, and other components.

2. Gas Test System

Used for testing gas pressure, gas flow rate, and displaying measurement data. It provides normal pressure and start-up water pressure display, and is divided into high-pressure and low-pressure display with supporting high-pressure shock-resistant gauges.

This system is composed of a gas pressure regulating valve, precision digital gas flowmeter, pressure transmitter, humidity and temperature transmitter, manual ball valve, union joint, ferrule connection fittings, tee, straight connector, flexible and rigid pipes, and other components. The test bench is equipped with an open flame test gun.

3. Compressed Air Water Blowing System

This system is used for water blowing operation and is connected to compressed air. It includes a pressure regulating valve to adjust compressed air pressure (0–0.5 MPa), and a matching pressure gauge for pressure display.

The system consists of a check valve, air filter, air pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, manual ball valve, union joint, ferrule connection fittings, tee, straight connector, flexible and rigid pipes, and other components.

4. Test Bench Main Frame System

Used for connecting the main test bench with the water test system, gas test system, compressed air water blowing system, and other subsystems.

This system consists of a stainless-steel main test bench, auxiliary supports, various instrument mounting brackets, and accessories such as union joints, ferrule fittings, tees, straight connectors, flexible and rigid pipes, etc.

5.Electrical Control System

This system is used to realize the testing and control functions of the water test system, gas test system, and compressed air water blowing system of the testing equipment.

The system adopts a touch screen for operation control, a high-speed PLC for system control, and a high-precision analog-to-digital circuit for data acquisition.

This system is composed of a touch screen, PLC, data acquisition module, high-precision temperature probes, control circuit boards, circuit breakers, switches, indicator lights, leakage protection device, double-pole switch, three-hole and two-hole sockets, rubber wires, control cables, electrical rails, and other accessories.
