Functional Description

This equipment uses a PLC main control system with a touch screen. The constant temperature is set via the touch screen, and the water pressure is adjusted.

The constant temperature system design uses two heat pump units, totaling 10P; temperature is controlled in segments.

Working principle: The two units operate simultaneously, maintaining a constant temperature for one water tank. When the desired water temperature is reached, the system automatically stops operating and enters constant temperature mode.

Insulated water tank: A round insulated water tank made of acid and alkali resistant PP material, 1000mm long and 1200mm high, equipped with a water level switch, water level

monitoring, and automatic water replenishment;

Thermostatic system: Each system has a circulation pipeline, equipped with one circulating water pump with a power of 900W;

Water pipeline: PVC pipes with insulation material, tap water supply pipes are DN32. thermostatic water supply pipes are DN32; each branch line is equipped with an inlet water pressure regulating valve; drain pipe is DN63.

Constant pressure water circuit: Output from a variable frequency water pump, with an expansion tank, automatic variable frequency constant pressure;

Thermostatic function: Achieved by a circulating water system + thermostatic system;

Cooling method: Air cooling, to ensure room air convection, exhaust fan power is not less than 500W, requiring 2 fans;

Thermostatic chamber has a DN20 drain port at the bottom.
