The Free Fall Drop Tester is designed for free-fall drop testing of small consumer electronic products and components, including mobile phones, batteries, chargers, adapters, walkie-talkies, electronic dictionaries, intercom phones, CDs, MDs, MP3 players, and other similar products. This machine adopts a pneumatic structure.The test specimen is securely fixed in a dedicated fixture with an adjustable stroke. By pressing the drop button, the cylinder releases the specimen, allowing it to perform a free-fall drop test. The drop height can be adjusted vertically, and a height scale is provided for accurate measurement of the drop height.Various drop test floors are available for selection to meet different testing standards and requirements.

Features
The chamber is finished with electrostatic powder coating. The overall design is reasonable, with safe, stable, and accurate operation, as well as an elegant appearance.
The product is clamped by a pneumatic fixture. The front end of the fixture is equipped with silicone rubber pads to prevent deformation of the test specimen.
The test height can be adjusted by jog control or electric lifting. A high-precision steel ruler is provided for accurate indication of the test height.
A protective enclosure is installed to prevent the mobile phone from being ejected outside after dropping during the test.
