The Microcomputer-Controlled Torsion Testing System consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, and computer measurement, control, and display system. It is suitable for testing the static torsional mechanical properties of various components and elastic elements.The machine adopts a horizontal structure. The computer screen is used for operation control and data display. The digital data acquisition and control system and the fully digital AC servo system form a closed-loop control system.The equipment adopts a servo motor combined with Taiwan Liming reducer transmission system, featuring uniform loading, stable operation, no impact during testing, and accurate data acquisition and control.

Windows 8. and Windows XP.Uses a graphical Windows-based operating interface, allowing users to set the display screen and operation panel according to requirements.Allows setting of test speed and various control parameters.Displays basic test results in real time, including:Breaking torque value,Peak torque value.
Displays various related test parameters and curves during the testing process in real time.Provides system diagnosis functions and displays diagnostic results.The entire system adopts an imported fully digital AC servo control system and the digital data acquisition and processing system. A photoelectric encoder is used to accurately collect the torsion angle data of the test specimen, ensuring high-precision measurement and reliable test results.
