Principle
The high-current short circuit device is designed according to the requirements of various battery short circuit test standards. According to these standards, the short circuit device must have an internal resistance of ≤50 mΩ to achieve the maximum short circuit current required for the test.In addition, the circuit design of the short circuit device must be capable of withstanding high-current impact. Therefore, an industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactor, all-steel terminals, and internal steel plate current conduction structure are adopted. The wide and thick steel plates effectively improve heat dissipation performance, making the high-current short circuit device safer and more reliable.
This design helps reduce equipment wear and energy loss during testing while ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of test data.
