Vacuum System

The machine uses high-density silicone sealing strips to ensure excellent sealing performance.

Uses a Panasonic digital vacuum gauge to display the relative vacuum level inside the chamber.

Vacuum holding timer:

After the required vacuum level is reached, the vacuum holding timer can be activated for timing control. When the preset time is reached, an alarm will be triggered. If not required, the function can be turned off.

Vacuum control method:

Automatic control mode. When the preset vacuum level is reached, the vacuum pump automatically stops. When the vacuum level drops below the lower limit, the system automatically starts again and operates cyclically to maintain the required vacuum level.

Pressure release method:

Manual pressure release after the test is completed or when removing products.

Vacuum range:

0 to -93.0KPa. The displayed vacuum value varies depending on the region.

(-100.0KPa available as an optional configuration)

Pressure display method:

Relative pressure display. For example, when the required test vacuum level is 11.6KPa, the calculation is:

Standard atmospheric pressure 101.3KPa - 11.6KPa = 89.7KPa

The vacuum gauge should be set to -89.7KPa. The displayed value represents the amount of air removed. Other parameters are calculated and set in the same way.

Vacuum holding leakage rate:1.0KPa/hour

Vacuum accuracy deviation:±0.2KPa at maximum

Vacuum pump configuration:VP-1 direct-drive vacuum pump
