The M-600 Electromagnetic Dynamic Mechanical Test System integrates a self-developed electromagnetic linear motor and control system, providing stable output performance. Equipped with high-precision load and displacement sensors, it accurately measures axial load and displacement. The series controller with a DSP processor provides high-speed and high-precision closed-loop control of the axial channel. Combined with the STUDIO mechanical testing software, the system allows users to conveniently set test waveforms, frequencies, and other parameters, enabling mechanical performance evaluation and fatigue life testing for dental implants, biomaterials, and various other applications.

With a maximum dynamic load capacity of 800 N, the system features an appropriate load range and excellent dynamic characteristics, making it particularly suitable for implant fatigue testing. The actuator output shaft delivers high acceleration motion, making it ideal for both static tests and high-frequencyfatigue tests.
