This instrument is designed in accordance with T0628-2011 specified in the Chinese industry standard JTG 3410-2025 “Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”. Integrating advanced electromechanical technologies, it provides ultra-high accuracy in strain, strain rate, stress control, and normal force control, enabling standardized operating procedures for precise asphalt testing.

Main Technical Features:

1. Ultra-Low Inertia Servo Motor Technology

The instrument adopts a toothless torque transmission design to achieve smooth positioning and drive speed adjustment. The ultra-low inertia hollow-cup motor design features fast torque and speed response with excellent dynamic performance.

Compared with its own size and weight, the motor can provide extremely high torque and power current. The voltage and speed maintain an absolute linear relationship.

2. Ultra-High Precision Sensor Measurement System

The optical encoder provides a resolution of 10⁻⁴ rad, accurately measuring rotational angular displacement and angular velocity.

The ultra-high sensitivity normal force sensor features fast transient response and can accurately measure and control normal force.

The ultra-high sensitivity torque sensor accurately measures rotor torque.

The ultra-high precision grating system precisely measures and controls the vertical operating position, with a gap resolution of 0.1 μm.

3. Temperature Control Unit

Both the upper and lower fixtures adopt Peltier temperature control elements with integrated high-resolution temperature sensors, ensuring fast and accurate sample temperature control.

The power supply, communication, and fluid connections adopt a one-step plug-and-play design, providing fast, convenient, and reliable operation.

4. Integrated Design

All mechanical components, power supply systems, control systems, communication modules, and display units are integrated into a single instrument body.

The equipment features a compact structure, high integration level, and requires high standards in design, processing, and assembly.

5. Intelligent Software

User-friendly interface ensures optimal rheological measurement operation.

Includes all required parameter settings for dynamic shear rheometer tests, including fixtures, temperature, and test parameters.
