The Steam Aging Test Chamber is suitable for accelerated aging life testing before tin solderability tests of electronic component metal leads, including electronic connectors, semiconductor ICs, transistors, diodes, liquid crystal LCDs, chip resistors and capacitors, and other electronic components.It is also used for oxidation testing of semiconductor components, passive components, and component leads.The equipment adopts a microcomputer temperature controller with LED digital display, PID+SSR control mode, platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT-100), resolution of 0.1℃, and a fully automatic safety protection system.

Product Functions

Inner and outer chamber materials:

The inner and outer chambers are made of SUS304 stainless steel, providing an attractive appearance and excellent aging resistance.

Water level control:

Equipped with a stainless steel water tank. Water can be manually added or supplied through an external water pipe. When the water level is low, the instrument can automatically or manually replenish water, ensuring uninterrupted testing.

Temperature control system:

Uses Japan Omron temperature control technology, PID control, and SSR output, providing more accurate temperature control and higher reliability under high-temperature conditions.

Timer function:

Supports multiple timing settings, including seconds, minutes-seconds, minutes, hours-minutes, and hours. Equipped with power failure memory function. After power recovery, the equipment continues operation according to the preset time.

Full detection system:

Equipped with a complete monitoring system. When a fault occurs, the indicator light displays the fault status, allowing operators to quickly understand equipment conditions.

Heating system:

The heating tube is made of titanium material, which is highly corrosion-resistant and provides a longer service life.

High stability platinum probe:

Uses a high-stability platinum temperature sensor with smaller measurement errors.

Standards compliance:

Complies with military standards MTL-STP-208F and 202.
