The device provides both Chinese and English menu displays and is equipped with automatic test modes with human-machine interface (HMI) parameter settings.Additional features include production unit and batch number input via machine-printed data, ensuring standardized and normalized test results. For information security, a three-level password system is adopted to ensure reliable data protection.

The device’s operational functions include setting nominal specifications, test cycles, print configuration, testing, upward/downward movement, timing, calibration, and other functions. Equipped with an onboard printer, it provides real-time display of test results and guide wire tip flexibility data. The system can automatically evaluate test results; if a test fails, an automatic alarm is triggered, and the onboard printer prints all test data and results for further analysis.
