Applications:

This instrument is suitable for the rolling friction pilling test of wool knitted fabrics and other fabrics prone to pilling, in order to evaluate the pilling grade of fabrics under non-pressure conditions.

The equipment adopts a human-machine touchscreen control system, which is simple and convenient to operate. It mainly consists of a base, gearbox, and pilling box. The motor drives the pilling box to rotate at a constant speed through a reduction gearbox. The box is made of multi-layer composite materials, which are strong and durable, and the inner wall is lined with a 3.2 mm thick imported rubber cork liner. When the pilling box reaches the preset number of rotations, the machine stops automatically.
