This Fiber Fineness Tester is a new-generation fiber testing instrument. The system consists of a computer, a high-speed industrial camera, a microscope, a printer, and dedicated testing software. It adopts advanced computer-based digital image processing technology, allowing operators to observe fiber morphology on the computer screen and complete the testing of wool and other fibers in an easy, convenient, accurate, and efficient manner.

High Measurement Accuracy
The system adopts a high-precision fineness measurement algorithm, with an average repeatability accuracy better than 0.1 μm.
Multiple Measurement Methods
Supports diameter and cross-sectional area measurement. The system provides manual measurement, semi-automatic measurement, and adaptive measurement functions. It can be used for testing and statistical analysis of various fibers such as wool, cashmere, rabbit hair, viscose, polyester, polypropylene, nylon, cotton, ramie, and flax.
High-Speed Data Statistical Analysis Function
During measurement, the system can perform various statistical analyses in real time and simultaneously display parameters such as fiber count, mean value, standard deviation, coefficient of variation (CV), and content percentage.
