Firbimatic offers a complete line of Industrial Perc and Hydrocarbon dry-cleaning machines for a wide variety of cleaning applications from Commercial Laundries to tanneries.  Wash modules are available in 130lb. and 176lb. and can be arranged as a stand alone units or in multiples depending on the installation requirements.  Industrial dry-cleaning machines are overbuilt to withstand the rugged requirements of dry-cleaning a variety of items over multiple shifts with little downtime. 
 

Firbimatic Industrial and Commercial Dry Cleaning machines are specially designed for many different types of cleaning applications to include leathers, furs, pelts, hides, printer rags, industrial gloves, and work-wear made of cotton, polyester, and leather. Each machine is custom built to each customers specifications to ensure the proper cleaning and final finished product. 
 
In the big range of the manufactured machines, Firbimatic's industrial dry cleaning machine range is the best expression of technology for the cleaning of the garments and is also useful for:
  • The Fulling and Finishing of textiles, not only to remove solid dirt, the oils present after lubrication of the texture but also to give the goods a better softening and stability after the dyeing.
  • Degreasing and cleaning of the leather in the tanning industry. The cleaning of industrial uniforms such as work clothes in cotton or polyester, cotton or leather gloves, rags, etc..
  • The finishing hosiery (Fulling, Revitalization, Softening), and is particularly advantageous on acrylic fibers.
 
Because of the specificity of each sector, Firbimatic's industrial  dry cleaning machinery have a modular design (one or more washing units with a distillation module that includes the filtration) that allows the choice to offer to the Customer a customized machine, with the ability to add additional washing modules, and increased production with less investment.
So it's possible build systems starting from the simplest coupling of a washing module and a single distillation module, with or without filtration system, to a complex system with two, three, four, or more washing units combined with a single distillation module.
Firbimatic industrial machines are manufactured in capacities from 135lbs. to 176lbs. in closed circuit system and can be combined with an additional carbon vapor adsorber device (COALPERC) that can reduce the concentration of the solvent in the basket at the end of the cycle.
