This machine is mainly used for testing textile UPF, UVA and UVB transmittance. The machine adopts CCD detector without scanning, can save much time, especially at the moment that the specimens are much more. Because of the character of no scanning, there is no relative problems such as unstable or inaccurate results resulted by the grating calibration, spectral distortion.

The light source adopts the LED, so that it has a good stability, adjustable intensity, less heat generated, and quiet work with more electricity saved. What’s more, it can realize electric modulation, eliminate the influence of dark current on detector, and greatly improve the measuring accuracy of SPF (ultraviolet absorption) materials. The LED light source can be used at any moment when open it, the ordinary times it keeps closed andcould be opened just in the test the moment.The light source has a long life, and can be used up to tens of thousands of hours without producingmuchheat.

The instrument configuresaerospace-grade spectrometer, light source and detector, therefore it has high reliability, and be ratified by the NIST of the United States. The machine is imports and has a stable system. While sample test platform can move in XYZ three-dimensional axial, and could test samples of as many as 25 continuously and automatically.

The panels can hold 25 samples, can test samples of 25 or the same samples of 25 points in one-time continuously and automatically, also can artificially select the points need to test through the mouse, and automatically test the selected several points. Therefore it has a high test efficiency. At each time, before single point or specimen is automatically tested, it can automatically test reference sample first to ensure the accuracy of each test on the sample. After automatically repeating several measurements it can average automatically. The scanning time is only 0.2 microseconds (rather than any other brand that scanning time is less than 5 seconds) with high test efficiency, and the intensity of the scanning is adjustable according to the regions and intensity of the spectrum.
