Q1: Can this tunnel furnace heat POF or PVC film?

A1: Yes. Although it is specially designed for PE film, it can also be used for other shrink films such as POF and PVC by adjusting the variable frequency conveyor speed and PID furnace temperature.

Q2: How should the appropriate furnace chamber size be selected according to the product?

A2: The width and height of the furnace chamber should be at least 100 millimeters to 150 millimeters larger than the maximum packaged product size (including the PE film) in each direction, ensuring smooth hot air circulation and preventing damage to the film surface.

Q3: Why does the PE film partially melt or develop holes after heating?

A3: This is usually caused by excessive furnace temperature, excessively slow conveyor speed, or prolonged direct exposure to hot air in a specific area. The problem can be solved by reducing the furnace temperature or increasing the conveyor speed.

Q4: How long does the equipment need to preheat before production after startup?

A4: Under normal room temperature conditions, the equipment usually requires approximately 15 to 20 minutes to heat from startup to the preset PE film shrinking temperature, which is generally between 140℃ and 180℃.

Q5: What types of materials are available for the conveyor belt of the heating tunnel furnace?

A5: There are mainly three types:
