Shoe bending tester consists of what structural components

Shoe bending tester adopts the method of simulating shoes walking, simulating the bending angle when running, after continuous reciprocal bending under the condition of fixed frequency, fixed time and fixed angle, to determine whether it is degummed or cracked. The instrument can be used as a basis for testing the quality of shoes, and also as a bending and folding test instrument for shoe soles. It is specially designed for the bending resistance test of finished footwear; to understand the degree of damage of the premise of finished footwear under repeated bending; and the degree of damage of each adhesive surface. This data can be provided to manufacturers in the shoe manufacturing process, as a reference for improvement and quality control basis.
Shoe Bending Tester
Shoe bending test machine consists of the following structural components:
 
a) Oscillating metal plate, its oscillation frequency is 140 times / min.
 
b) Two artificial feet with adjustable size and position.
 
c) digital counter, with reset function, can test the required number of work to set.
 
d) Angle adjustment device, can be adjusted to zero (start position).
 
e) a water reservoir with a small water pump, connected to the table, so that the sample after loading the sample sole to keep wet. (Please use the protective cover when wet test).
 
f) The control panel can be used to switch the working status of the instrument and set the counter, including: through the air switch, start button, stop button, manual key, reset button, preset electronic counter.
 
The whole shoe bending tester is to simulate the walking process of wearing shoes, the sample material with inverted V-shaped clamping fixture, the fixture should be able to relative movement, so that when the two fixtures close to the sample material bending, a downward crease, in the downward crease around the four upward crease test process, the fixture should be able to uniform vibration, so that the sample can be repeatedly bent to see the sample damage or salt spot.
